Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what OmniRanked AI (“OmniRanked AI,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We run this site to introduce our SEO and AI search services to business owners and marketing teams.
Short version: we collect the details you type into our forms and booking calendar so we can respond, prepare your assessment and talk with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Request form: your name, business email, business website, industry, your main goal, and any notes you add.
- Booking calendar: when you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, chosen time and any message you include.
- Messages: anything you send us directly, such as by email.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view. This is generally recorded in server logs by our website host and our form-processing service.
- Which button or section you used to open the form (for example, “Hero” or “Footer”), so we know which page element worked.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
2. How we use information
- Review your business and prepare your authority assessment or audit.
- Respond to your request, schedule calls and follow up about it.
- Send you information about our services by email. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).
- Operate, secure and improve the site, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script) to store and organize form submissions.
- Cal.com to provide the booking calendar. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to bookings you make there.
- Telegram and similar messaging tools to alert our team that a new request has arrived.
- Our website host and domain provider to deliver this site.
- Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, and a successor if our business is sold or merged.
We do not sell personal information and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months.
4. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may set cookies or similar technologies needed for it to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings. We treat a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request, although we do not sell or share personal information.
5. How long we keep information
We keep request and booking information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver and document our services. If you do not become a client, we generally delete or anonymize your information within 24 months of our last contact. We may keep some records longer where the law requires or to resolve disputes.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, subject to legal exceptions;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do none of these);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it); and
- not be treated unfairly for using these rights.
To make a request, email us at [add contact email]. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within 45 days (we will tell you if we need more time). You may use an authorized agent. If we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response, and you may also contact your state attorney general.
7. Email and marketing choices
If you submit a request, we may email you about it and about our services. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out and our mailing address. You can also opt out by emailing [add contact email], and we will honor your request within 10 business days.
